Learn how to setup your Levain account.

Overview

Once you have completed your onboarding with Levain, a Levain organisational account will be setup for you.

You will receive an invitation via email to join your organisational account. Click Accept invite. You will then be redirected to our Levain app to complete the creation of your first user account as the first Super Admin.

You should see the following screen with the invitation code pre-filled.

To complete the setup of your user account, you will need to complete these two steps:

  1. Setting up your user account

    Note that the first user added to your organisational account will have Super Admin access, and this access can be changed after setup has been completed. Learn more about Roles.

  2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

    In order to complete the setup, you will need to do a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using any time-based one-time password authenticator applications such as:

    • Google Authenticator

    • Authy

    • Duo Mobile

Setting up your user account

To start, you will need to complete your personal details.

Setting up your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) device

In order to complete setup, you will be required to set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using any of the compatible authenticator applications installed on your mobile phone. Recommended authenticators include:

  • Google Authenticator

  • Authy

  • Duo Mobile

Using the authenticator, scan the QR code on Levain to get the 6-digit code. Enter the 6-digit code from authenticator to Levain to complete the setup. If you cannot scan the QR code, you can choose to setup your 2FA using the secret key.

Once the 2FA setup has been completed, you account should be created. You should receive an email requesting you to verify your email.

Click on Verify account to verify your email and to activate your account.

You can now login to Levain using the same credentials you provided earlier on.
